Economy right now is good as it is, no need for citizens to pay taxes

But all staff i've seen seem to be rich and arches and cops get paid quite a bit

Like the idea. but i like the concept of supporting citizens in the economy. staff already get paid quite enough. and they wouldn't need the boost of income they already have. unless they get paid less from the services they already provide, this idea would be supported.

since tier 1-2's are too easy to get

Only fair one would be 2 tier 3's for tier 4

But i agree to death, many players have spent cash on scrolls at that value. more fair if the people "get on their level" and deal with it. it's been always fair since in order for those players to get OP in the first place, they worked hard on achieving it.

We really need evidence to support this case. sadly i don't have any and you'll know why if you read my say in the case.
