Contracts are in place to make sure the players don't break any regulations, they must abide by it until a case is made and the Judge has a different ruling and if they were to break the contract they will have to agree to punishments listed unless the Judge decides differently. In this case...

Where was your food, tools, and such stolen from? You can get chest logs from a Cop or Moderator+ that's online, then ask them to provide images of the logs on this case

When you say your accusing both do you mean as in wisemanjp, and PotatoBuddies? Wisemanjp didn't seem to be in reguards on this contact , as it was Potato's contract and what type of machine did your friend have?
