Loaning isn't exactly a new concept, it's been around for a while - even on McCities. But perhaps there can be a copyright system where you can claim names, slogans, etc., that's a good idea.

Thanks for applying! However, I'd like to see at least 2-3 houses that showcase some different styles and abilities. Try making a few larger houses with more details, maybe some landscaping, too. Application denied, you may reapply in one week with new builds :)

You can't copyright ideas, but I think adding the ability to copyright company names, product names, etc. should be added to the server.
