2. so i sold a 36 blaze spawner grinder for 1m to him however he could not pay so i said 100k a week the first 3 weeks were fine until then he was offering mending books and couldnt reallly pay then i never got anything after that

Just to note there aren’t any rules to wild bases and I highly doubt that you can court case for selling bases, since theyre all free land. Bases aren’t properties of land or items, therefore if you sold something in wilds for example a spawner you found or a build you made in wilds, the assurance of getting your money is not guaranteed since its still free territory. If ever you plan to do deals concerning wilds, it would be best to do full in payments since down payments aren’t really beneficial when it comes to selling things in wilds.

i sold the blaze spawners then built the mob grinder for him as a whole deal so he is just paying me for the spawners
