Hello there!
I am happy to announce a project I have long been working on, it's a private island build after Gravity Falls (The TV Show)
and while it won't look exactly a like, we will try to copy some key aspects of the Show and make the island fun to explore!
But making this many builds is hard, even more so if you can't actually build. But instead of hiring archs to do the work for me (I still love you though <3),
I am hiring players to build the smaller houses on the island!
How it will work is pretty simple:
1. Down here is a list of Houses that need building, with a link to their Fanmade WikiPage. With the name of the plot also comes the size of the plot border and how much money you will earn from building it. Most of the money will be aroun 100k per house, depending on the interior, style and complexity of the build! There are some simple criterea for each build so make sure to read those.
2. You can apply to make the official build by making a draft build on a creative plot. This could just be the front side of the build, some interior design idea's. The more the better though!
3. If your draft build shows quality then I will allow you to make the official build for the island using some tips/tricks or criterea that have been given by me on your draft.
4. The build will be transfered over once it's done and your name will forever be saved on the island! (Also you will receive your money xd)

Interior is very important here, many game machines/minigames. (Don't actually have to function).

Size - 16x14
Make it like a Takeout, Like a foodtruck with the open window etc. Make sure it has something similar to the axe shown in the pictures and just make it a Old Lumberjack like FastFood Shop.

Big Gunz Laser Tag: TAKEN BY SHVY
Size - 18x24
Also focussed on the interior mostly. Similar to the arcade shop like where you can look in trough the windows. The inside needs a lil area where people can rent their gear and the rest of the buiding needs to be dedicated to a small arena where people would play lasertag.

Skull Fracture: TAKEN BY SHVY
Size - 18x20
Typical Shady bar, motor gangs, dealers, criminals. they all come here to enjoy a simple beer. So make it a classy Maffia Movie like bar. The exterior doesn't have to be as broken down looking as in the pictures on the wiki. But it can be very shady and cool

A broken down, sad but functional News Paper HQ. Just some offices and pure Chaos as nobody knows what week they are writing the news paper for. But hey, something newsworthy happens in Gravity falls every day anyway!

Gravity Falls Church: TAKEN BY SHVY
Size - 12x17
A white colored church, with a stone brick roof. It might be small but pretty high and functional at least. Some seats and a stage for the priests to talk. The rest of the decorations are up to you!

Hermanos Brothers: TAKEN BY ALEX_THE_COOL
Size - 17x19
Well it's a small mexican restaurant owned by 2 brothers. Go crazy with creativity, don't make it too crazy that it doesn't fit in the street though
. Finally make sure it does have some form of Hat on top of the restaurant. I mean that's basically all there is to the build. A Hat on a Restaurant!

Gravity Falls Museum: TAKEN BY SHVY
Size - 17x34
A big, Greek Styled, Fancy and Modern interior Museum. Needs a lot of space to hang up rare items that can be showcased to players. No need for anything too complicated, just walls to hang up the item frames, some fancy floors and lighting. And ofcourse the greek style front entrance!

An old abandoned factory now used store, boxes? Make it spooky, make it factory like and make sure that you know it's on a mountain cliff and people like to enjoy a view

Make it look fun, welcoming, cozy and like a true american diner. It doesn't exactly have to be in the shape of the caravan it is in the show, but similar style is appreciated!

Tent of Telepathy: TAKEN BY CURSEDDEVIL
Size - 15x16
It's basically a high blue tent, with a normal house floor and 2 seats. It's the place where people come to hear about their futures and have their minds read. Nothing toooo special. Although if you make it look magical you can earn a bonus 25k
