@LavaFlake did you ever state on the original idea thread that it was copyrighted or that no one else was allowed to use your idea?

MLG is strictly a loaning group and X Bank is a bank that deals with loans and investments. The names are different, interest rates are different, and time requirements for paying back money are different. X Bank uses many more factors to determine loans and gives the option to use collateral. These two financial institutions are quite different. You can not copyright an idea - in this case, a loan - and anyone can start their own company here (as long as it’s not a carbon copy, of course). Case closed with no action taken, thank you.
