Who are you accusing: The McCities government, under law 4, sues @Ellie300.

What are your claims/accusations: The player has held Tucker77island for years, and there has been no improvements.

Any additional proof you can provide us: The player is inactive and only comes on to hold plots, there are no improvements on the island, and the island would be better used by the server or another player. Two members of the McCities government approved the lawsuit (Tammy and Dawn). The McCities government requests full removal of the island from Ellie300's ownership.

We've had plans in place for a while. The plans just have been getting pushed back due to various reasons. Our plan has been to put the Lugar home on the island. Getting the plots to make the island private has taken a lot of time that wasn't foreseen. We had also wanted the island terraformed, however at the time no arch was wanting to do it (or normal citizen). We do plan to actively look for an arch or citizen who is good at terraforming to terraform the island.

The staff team has ruled that the island is in violation of the law and the player will be fined $200,000. Plans for improvement need to be shared with staff within the next two weeks and improvements need to be made within the next month. Please keep in contact with staff about the plans for the island. If no improvements are made in the near future, the island will be removed from your ownership.
