Case Closed Partial payment deal

This is not necessarily an accusation, since I'm aware about that the player has been banned.

1. Who are you accusing? @Pepe1955
2. What are your claims/accusations? A few days ago I made the following deal with Pepe (fully aware of the risks with this kind of trading): He would pay me 35k to begin with, and I would give him a pair of boots. Then he would pay 35k later. I gave him the boots and have received 35k, but 35k still remains unreceived.
3. Any additional proof you can provide us? (note, I paid 35k back to him, since I still was thinking about the deal)
