Well, the issue is We can't see how many plots someone has, but I believe this is already a rule (so if you know anyone just message me and Ill check it out)

We can see how many plots someone have. Property Tax is actually not a bad idea but it is hard to implement on server.

plus i like the good idea about tax..... so that people don't hoard plots

plus it pretty much like IRL

It's a good idea, it would stop single players from owning entire cities *cough* *cough* Ghibli *cough* AJ *cough*
But seriously, How much do you think would be a fair amount to tax players?

P.S. I'm not trying to offend AJ or Ghibli, they are just some prime examples of people who own a lot of property in Cayman.

i know what you mean but most of ghibli plots.... are in ghibli city and well me..... ahhh i dunno but i don't own alot if you compare to captainlevl ....

In consideration you must understand they own area's of the city and they have full perms to own them as long as they are for sale at a reasonable price

Well, my idea is that if they dont have the significant funds to pay for their properties, it should be resold for the amount they bought it for. Just my 2 cents.
