4. Fishing is a big market in Runnerboro as its surrounded by water! So we are opening up, even more, fishing areas to fish, buy, and sell all kinds of fish!

The Department of Justice handles court cases whether or not you live in Runnerboro in a way that TV judges do it, so admins don't minge.
The Department of Health includes health inspections.
The Department of Transportation deals with Road creation and safety, find out how you can get a road named after you, or a name of your choice!
Department of Law Enforcement deals with investigations and crime
Department of Parks and Recreation is about recreational activities and parks

Correct like court cases on mccities is done by staff. All final decisions in Runnerboro are done by a 2/3 majority. Some times eatsmith gets over ruled if its 2/3 over 1/3 that can happen either way we have 1/3 power so it's equal and fair.

It wont look natural on Runnerboro, is a urban community. Where as the build would blend in more in a rural island with not too much houses.
