Update Update log - 9/4/17

You may have already noticed some of these, I'm just writing them now.

* Trails/Recount disabled for now due to causing lag
* You can no longer use anvils & flower pots that aren't in your region
* You cannot interact with certain things in creative/architect world anymore (ex: chest)
* JrAdmin included in staff for /list (effective next restart)
* Added few more item(s) to police "frisk" feature​
