Official statement: I would first like to start by thanking everyone who voted in this election no matter if you voted for team trump or if you did not. I would like to thank @CP42 and everyone who has worked hard for this campaign. We have been working very hard to win this election through hours of campaigning in game and on forums. For those who have chosen not to support me, you will always have my ear on issues facing you on Runnerboro or not. Now, remember we need to keep Team Trump together let's all wish CP42 luck on his run for city manager. I would also like to announce a plan we have been working on for months and we think we have a pretty good idea on how we will execute this and our first plan in our new government is to create the largest shopping mall on the server. The City of Runnerboro house bill 3 states the federalization of the City of Runnerboro. This document will turn Runnerboro into a Federally recognized entity, and will prompt the creation of a Federal-level Government. House bill 3 allows the Government to do the following; Set up territories, states, or cities - and recognizes current political leaders with the namesake deemed appropriate by the taxpayers and under the guidelines of the Constitutional Republic or Democratic Republic the Federal institute will be based upon.

Runnerboro has a representative democracy, with 2 Alderman, one for the "North Side" (North of City Hall) and one for the "South Side" (South of City Hall).

Every suggestion, bill, and the law will require the approval of 3/5 of the representatives - Which are the Mayor, City Manager, N. Alderman, S. Alderman, Eatsmith.

How plots work: North Side (The Following people can sell/create plots on the North Side)

Mayor, City Manager, Representative, N. Alderman

The ranks of powers for selling a plot goes as follows, in order;
