I own 1 island as of now but I would like to give my word on the bidding happening on AjLand, some of you can call me a plot hoarder but please hear me out. I get how exiting it is to buy an island and be an island owner, ive been there before but the true meaning of it lies in the two simple words which I would like to emphasize called "perspective" and "happyness". Perspective because I see how people put their goals in and say yeah sure Ill region some few houses and lets add some few houses to sell for cheap so it would help players. Selling is one thing which I need to point out, this will not help in anyway at all, it does not help inflation value, inflation is fixed through the storing of money with one person so that it cuts circulation of money around the economy. So the main goal of Nibble in my perspective is to both cut money out of the system and also give the Goal which I will be explaining later. As staff said or the owners atleast, Islands are rare and they wanna keep it that way, people have been asking to buy one but to be honest some people dont even put it to good potential or make it even anything. I believe in my opinion that what was different about the auction for the island is the Goal. Nibble even said he might he even make it cheaper if the goal is good. I personally would like to say what he is saying is right, nibble needs to sell it for a reasonable price but at the same time, he is leaving the island in someones hand to put to good use. To make it something more than a barren wasteland, to make it have meaning. People would all go saying sure Ill make it semi private and all but when you mean semi I know you guys dont want the money but the mere regioning or selling of more plots is honestly not gonna be helping the best since it would add more plots which some people will buy go inactive and some player buys it in autosale and resells it for overpriced and our cycle of horrible inflation continues. The point to fixing inflation is to make people lose purchasing power and when we buy these things from nibble the koney we pay dosent circulate back since nibble does not spend or buy things from others which is good as it cuts the circulation of cash. When I first bought paradise_island, my manager wanted to buy a plot for her base and so she offered money and I declined, no matter what it was I declined and so I realized the reason why me and my frind TheDiamondTiger bought the island, it was to make the paradise we wanted, the happy place the place where we can build and make dreams come true, it wasnt about money being earned even in the slightest way, it was about the happyness we gained. And so I decided to give the plot to her for free and she made something nice, something that amazed me and it really is the effort, passion and determination that really affects how things will end.

I personally support Davina's group of them trying to buy AjLand since she wanted to build Copenhagen, ok some of you may say its selfish to keep it as a private island but its not. She wants to do what makes her happy and besides this, she wants to share that happyness and dreams she imagined with you all. When I first saw the determination and plans, I was reminded of my friend TheDiamondTiger, even if he is banned I saw the beautiful builds he and turkey made for the island Captain and it reminded me of Peace and Serenity. It was a very scenic, natural and a peaceful island, it made me smile, I saw how nice it was even if it isnt complteted yet, it showed the true meaning of the dreams and happyness they want to share, the peace to get away from the life of the city. To be honest all of us have been working hard just to buy this island we want so badly we forgot about its Christmas sometimes. Christmas is the time of sharing and I want to extend the happyness I can see, I dont want my eyes to merely see it, but I want to reflect the visions and happyness I see upon all of you. Davina is a great builder with determination to fight for what she wants, she wants that island to make dreams a reality, to make faces filled with joy. To bring amazement to the server, to show the things one can accomplish, it isnt about how rich you are but, how determined you are and what you want for the server. I think my eyes arent the only ones who can see this but others can too and that is why they choose to suppot her, to place her faith in her. They believe that this can be more than a dream. She wants to build this city as it makes her happy and hopefully show people a nice city that would bring smiles to their faces and this Christmas I think I want to emphasize "the season of giving". I know Davina isnt rich nor is her group the wealthiest but despite this she still is determined to fight for something she knows that will make the season of giving to give smiles to shine to rain upon all your faces. The reason why I bid and I think this was @LeanneTheUnicorn's goal too is to give back to the community of McCities not to just have an island. After seeing that barely anybody wanted to share the experience with players that is why I placed a bid. My plan for AJ land is to make it a natural, glorious, and modern island that welcomes visitors of the McCities community. I think @nibble asked our goal because he wanted to see how this would help the McCities community not just one person. I bid knowing that if I won I would put together a team of architects and players who want to help and work together to make this island somewhere people can come to experience fun activities with each other including parks, a zoo, a museum, a aquarium, a library, many restaurants, shops where you can buy and sell many items, a PVP arena, slime fun gardens, slime fun center for visitors, gleaming infrastructure with very limited if not any regions. Now, I would like to say I am not dropping my bid and will keep fighting for what I believe in and that's to make an island that benefits the community at large not just me.

@Davina I wpuld suggest that you region the houses and put them for rent. If people grieve its sad but you can let the beatifull amsterdam styled house be rented for idk 5k a week. Not too manny houses and only a phew area's these people are elite for your island and are able to explore whenever they want. I am typing on the phone so its not tht detailed but people will not be able. Or not allowed to edit the house exterior and you region only the house so there is no basement where they can build.

I love this project and I hope that this idea will make it possible to give abit off the island back to the people.

She is good with time-management and is a great, dedicated builder. She can make this island as private as she wants because she has already done her part for the community. But shouldn’t we do more for the community? That is the exact reason I placed a bid if people can’t help the community than why should they be bidding just to have a island for themselves? My plan would make AJ land the most modern and up to date island on the server that the whole community can enjoy not just one person because they already have a island.
