Yep. They banned it around a year ago, I remember when me and Kate were cops and we'd die so quickly the old owners had to do /inv to free us xD

Awhile ago I was at Izzy_boo's night club, and someone came a repeatedly threw uranium at all of the players in there (everyone on the server was in there), and it was just really funny when you were not the one dying.
