We're no longer refunding items that are "eaten" up unless you have video evidence of it occurring.
I was putting 20k into the bank (out of 22k) and then one of those 'mini games' popped up (where you type as fast as you can correctly to win a mystery prize) I won, just 1k, then I just did /bal and noticed I had 43k. I gained 40k out of no where. No one gave me money. Let me know if or when to give you (staff) back the 40k, for now I will put it in the bank for safety.
