You wouldn’t, I’m pretty sure it was 3% or something but they may have changed it, but it’s for everyone’s bank though, I think...

The person that robs the bank gets all of the uninsured money in there. You lose 3% of the money in your /bal if you die, maybe that's what you're thinking of.
